Authorized Service Provider Admin: I was in charge of handling all the information, documentation and planning related to service providers. Monthly reports of rollout activities, forecast for installation for the following year and the amount of people needed to perform the tasks. Control and follow up of resources aptitude to perform risk tasks, evaluation of service provider performance. KPI reports for the regional office by year quarter.
Purchase Order Management: Follow up and control of all POs related to installation processes. Weekly meetings with service providers to establish the payments, find and fix issues. Weekly meeting with the coordinators and Project managers of each projects to prepare the POs for the following week plan. Monthly reports about productivity and main issues.
